We strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible, but please allow 2 to 9 business days for delivering products.

Return & Exchange Policy

We strive to provide you with the highest quality teas, and we stand by our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange. All returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item, minus the cost of shipping.
