Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on the location of the recipient and the chosen shipping method. We aim to process and ship your order as soon as possible, but please allow up to 5 business days for processing and handling.
Returns and Exchanges: We strive to provide you with the highest quality teas, and we stand by our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange. All returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item, minus the cost of shipping.
